Dominic founded Access Property Services back in 1987 and has been inspecting Sydney buildings ever since — nearly four decades on. A licensed NSW builder by trade, he's also led ABE Education since 2007. Every report is researched, inspected and written by Dominic personally — no junior inspectors, no templated outputs.
